For those with an existing license (but no LTMS account):
- Personal Details such as Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Mother’s maiden name, Emergency contact
- Official Receipt Number (or mother’s maiden name if the receipt is unavailable).
- Driver’s License Number and Expiry Date.
For foreign residents, the following information is required:
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) Number & Expiry Date.
- Medical Information for health-related records.

To register for an LTMS Portal online account, follow these steps.
1.Visit the LTMS Portal Homepage
- Go to the official LTO LTMS portal website.
2. Select Type of Registration
- Choose whether you are registering as an individual or organization.
3. Confirm Driver’s License Information
Enter your license details if you already have one.
For First-Time Filipino Applicants
If you are applying for the first time, Provide the following information:

Date of Birth
Mother’s Maiden Name
For Existing License Holders
If you already have a driver’s license, provide the following details
Driver’s/conductor’s license number & Expiry date.
Official receipt number (or mother’s maiden name if you no longer have your receipt).

4. Enter Contact Information

Verify your account using OTP or email confirmation.

Note __ The LTO Text Hotline service is only available during office working hours, Monday to Friday. People can get out of this service after 5 PM. You won’t get any replies, but you will still be charged Php2.00 for using that service.
